- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.
- The return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Note: Custom-made, engraved, or personalized watches are non-refundable unless defective.

3. Refund Policy
- If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective watch, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
