  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs & Taxes

  • HomeiShop is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges imposed by your countryโ€™s authorities.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
  • You can track your order through our website or the respective carrierโ€™s tracking portal.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at info@homeishop.click.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking status first.
  • If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a carrier investigation.
  • HomeiShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If you realize an error in your shipping details, contact us within 24 hours to correct it.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.

8. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or customs refusal, the customer is responsible for:
    • Reshipping costs (if requesting another delivery attempt).
    • A restocking fee (if requesting a refund).
